In the second group of videos from opbmusic’s 10th Anniversary Concert last month, Portland’s Kelli Schaefer and her band play dramatic songs from her 2017 album “No Identity.” The record was one of the best local releases of the year, packed with a fevered, sometimes gothic push-pull of light and darkness, delivered by Schaefer with a roar.
